Gunta has spent the last two decades working in Tulsa’s residential market. Her career combines real
estate brokerage, interior design expertise, and hands-on experience in homebuilding and property

Before returning full-time to real estate sales, Gunta founded Boulevard Interiors, a design firm
specializing in finish selections, staging, and model home merchandising. Her work with builders,
developers, and homeowners continues to influence how she prepares and markets homes today.
