About Katelin McSweeny

Katelin McSweeny is a full-time Tulsa REALTOR® with MORE Agency, helping buyers and sellers throughout Tulsa and the surrounding metro with a particular focus on Midtown Tulsa. Licensed in Oklahoma since September 2022, Katelin has closed more than $11 million in residential real estate, representing clients across a wide range of properties and price points, including homes above $600,000. Her specialties include first-time homebuyers, relocation, residential listings, real estate investors, renovation and design-focused properties, and new construction. She also holds a 5.0-star rating across 12 Zillow reviews, where clients consistently highlight her communication, responsiveness, market knowledge, and support throughout the buying process.

Katelin's real estate experience began before she became a REALTOR®. She purchased her first home in Austin, TX at age 24 and later turned the neighboring property into an Airbnb. After relocating to Tulsa in 2021 to be closer to family, she purchased a home in Midtown and continued building firsthand experience in real estate investment, renovation, home design, and new construction. She is currently designing and building a home in Tulsa, giving her practical insight into construction, finishes, renovation potential, and the decisions that can shape a property's long-term value.

Having relocated to Tulsa herself, Katelin understands both the practical and personal sides of finding a home in a new city. Today, she combines her knowledge of the Tulsa real estate market with an eye for design and property potential to help clients make informed, confident decisions. She is especially passionate about Midtown Tulsa and its established neighborhoods while serving clients throughout the greater Tulsa area. Outside of real estate, Katelin is active in the local community and teaches Lagree at PLNK in Brookside.
