About Rachel Kemper

Rachel Kemper is a REALTOR® with MORE Agency, serving buyers and sellers across the greater Tulsa metro. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, a foundation that shapes her methodical, data-first approach to every transaction. Before real estate, Rachel led efficiency-focused projects in corporate manufacturing, where she worked with data and process structure daily. She now applies those same skills to giving clients a clear, well-organized path through buying or selling a home.

Rachel focuses on first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and new-construction purchases. Having recently relocated to the Tulsa area herself, she understands what it takes to navigate a new market and find the right neighborhood fit. She works with MORE Agency, based in Tulsa, and serves clients across the greater Tulsa metro, including Bixby, Owasso, Collinsville, Claremore, and Catoosa.

Rachel is an active member of the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® (GTAR) and works within MORE Agency, a local brokerage that has closed more than 920 transactions totaling over $373 million since 2021. That parent-broker infrastructure, combined with Rachel's engineering background, gives her clients both deep local market resources and a transparent, structured process from first showing to closing.
